Returns & Exchange

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you have an intention to return or exchange your order, you must contact me please within 3 days after receiving it.

The item can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving it, that is, within 7 days I will expect a tracking number from you.

To eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to receive a refund for your purchase, you must return the product to us and provide a tracking number. Once we have received the item, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost:

For products priced at $240 or less, the shipping cost is $40.

For products priced above $240, the shipping cost is $60.

If you have an interest in replacing the product, it is important to send the product to us as instructed above and contact our service department to obtain details regarding the cost disparities between the new product you are interested in and the payment for resending new product.

Please note that custom orders, such as engravings and custom designs, are non-refundable.
